Founder & CEO

Manuel is a nonprofit executive and fundraising strategist with more than two decades of leadership across mission-driven organizations. As Founder & CEO of The Philanthropy Blueprint, he partners with CEOs, boards, and development teams on capital campaigns, interim development leadership, and the systems that sustain growth. He is a former President of AFP Greater Dallas and brings board-level experience, campaign counsel, and hands-on development practice to every engagement - helping leaders move from urgency to readiness, and from vision to executable fundraising strategy.

Noah Mesa

Senior Client Specialist Certified Grant Writer

Noah leads day-to-day client strategy and execution across grant research and writing, prospect research, donor assessment, and fundraising support. As a Certified Grant Writer, he identifies funder opportunities, develops competitive proposals, and helps organizations build clearer pipelines - while partnering with leadership on the research, prioritization, and follow-through that turn Blueprint recommendations into action.
